For the past few months, I’ve been the lead designer for the IDEO blog. My role is to read the articles, brainstorm, and then execute final imagery to accompany each editorial story. I use my design and illustration skills, along with both stock and AI-created imagery, to make each piece feel dynamic, unique, and scroll-stopping. I then create the accompanying social to be shared.
In the AI era, growth depends on people, not tech
